摘要
纳米改性水泥基材料中碳纳米管的加入会显著影响其微观结构及宏观性能。通过系统地总结国内外近年来碳纳米管对纳米改性水泥基材料微观结构的影响的相关研究成果,分析了碳纳米管的自身性质、分散方法和填充效果对水泥基材料水化特性、孔结构及微裂缝的影响。分析发现碳纳米管一定程度上可以促进水化反应,并改善材料孔结构分布。此外,总结了碳纳米管水泥基复合材料的力学性能研究。基于现有成果,碳纳米管对水泥基材料微观结构及宏观性能的影响还需要进一步研究。
The addition of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)will significantly affect the microstructure and macroscopic properties of nano-modified cement-based materials.The effects of carbon nanotubes,dispersion method and filling effect on the hydration properties,pore structure and micro-cracks of cement-based materials were analyzed by systematically summarizing the relevant research on the microstructure of nano-modified cement-based materials in recent years.It was found that carbon nanotubes could promote hydration reaction and improve pore structure distribution.In addition,the mechanical properties of carbon nanotube cement-based composites were summarized.Based on the results,the effects of carbon nanotubes on the microstructure and macroscopic properties of cement-based materials need to be further investigated.
