HPLC法测定银柴感冒颗粒中木犀草苷的含量

摘要 目的:建立银柴感冒颗粒中木犀草苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:参照《中国药典》2020年版四部通则0512方法对银柴感冒颗粒中木犀草苷的含量进行测定。以SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK Ph UG120 S5(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.5%冰醋酸(B)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),测定波长为350 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:木犀草苷在6.475~103.6μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性良好(r=0.9952),精密度、稳定性和重复性的RSD分别为1.39%、1.25%和1.12%,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.9%(n=9)。结论:该法测定结果准确可靠、操作简便易行、专属性和灵敏度好、成本低,可作为银柴感冒颗粒中木犀草苷的含量测定方法。 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of luteoloside in Yinchai Ganmao granules.Methods:With reference to the method of"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"2020 Edition Four General rule 0512,the content of luteoloside in Yinchai Ganmao granules was determined.Gradient elution was carried out on A SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK Ph UG120 S5(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column with acetonitrile(A)-0.5%glacial acetic acid(B)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1),detection wavelength at 350 nm,and column temperature at 30℃.Results:The linearity of luteoloside was good in the range of 6.475~103.6μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9952),the RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability were 1.39%,1.25% and 1.12%,respectively.The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 0.9%(n=9).Conclusions:The method is accurate,reliable,simple,specific,sensitive and low cost.It can be used for the determination of luteoloside in Yinchai Ganmao granules.
