选煤厂智能巡检机器人的设计与应用

摘要 针对陕西某选煤厂运输系统复杂、环境因素影响大等,引起带式输送机频繁出现胶带跑偏、撕裂、打滑、堆煤等故障,造成洗选生产中断,甚至采掘工作或全矿井作业瘫痪等严重问题,本文设计了一种智能巡检机器人系统。该系统主要由巡检机器人本体、行走轨道、网络通信系统、后台操作软件以及人工智能识别与检测系统组成,通过视频监控、红外成像、声学阵列等手段,实现运输系统实时监测监控。经应用表明,该系统检测精准、运行可靠,取得了较好的应用效果。 In a coal preparation plant in Shaanxi,the complex transportation system and the large impact of environmental factors results in the belt conveyor frequently experienced belt deviation,tearing,slipping,coal stacking and other failures.Those phenomena lead to the interruption of washing production and even mining or full mine operations.To overcome this issue,this paper designs an intelligent inspection robot system,consisting of the inspection robot body,walking track,network communication system,background operation software and artificial intelligence recognition and detection system.Video monitoring,infrared imaging,acoustic array and other techniques were employed to achieve real-time monitoring and control of the transportation system.The application of the proposed system shows that the system has accurate detection,reliable operation and achieved good application results.
