摘要
在炼油化工领域,换热器是至关重要的设备,它在控制过程温度、传递热能等方面发挥着核心作用,然而换热器的密封泄漏问题一直是制约其性能的主要因素之一。文中首先分析了换热器密封泄漏的主要原因,包括材料老化和损坏、设计缺陷、安装不当、操作误差及维护不足等。随后,针对这些原因,提出了一系列有效的处理措施,如选用高性能密封材料、改进设计、优化安装和操作程序、定期维护和检查及运用牺牲阳极保护法和改良垫片等。这些措施旨在从根本上提高换热器的密封性能,减少泄漏事件的发生,确保炼油化工过程的安全与高效。
In the field of refining and chemical industry,heat exchangers are crucial equipment that play a core role in controlling process temperature,transferring heat energy,etc.However,the sealing leakage problem of heat exchangers has always been one of the main factors restricting their performance.The article first analyzes the main causes of seal leakage in heat exchangers,including material aging and damage,design defects,improper installation,operational errors,and insufficient maintenance.Subsequently,a series of effective measures were proposed to address these reasons,such as selecting high-performance sealing materials,improving design,optimizing installation and operating procedures,regular maintenance and inspection,as well as using sacrificial anode protection method and improving gaskets.These measures aim to fundamentally improve the sealing performance of heat exchangers,reduce the occurrence of leakage events,and ensure the safety and efficiency of refining and chemical processes.
