摘要
针对雅加达—万隆高速铁路(简称:雅万高铁)的车载数据尚未实现实时传输和应用,不利于开展动车组故障诊断及分析的情况,文章基于KCIC400AF型动车组车载无线传输装置的工作原理,设计了车载数据实时传输架构。通过采用车地无线传输安全机制、分布式大数据实时处理和分级多维监控等关键技术,实现动车组车载数据的实时传输,满足安全性与可靠性要求;根据动车组运用维修业务场景,分析车载数据在实时监控与故障处置、参数关联与运营维护决策等方面的应用,提高雅万高铁运营安全保障能力。
In response to the lack of real-time transmission and application of on-board data for the Jakarta-Bandung high speed-railway which was not conducive to the diagnosis and analysis of Electric Multiple Units(EMUs),this paper was based on the working principle of the KCIC400AFEMUs onboard wireless transmission device,designed an on-board data real-time transmission architecture.The paper adopted key technologies such as wireless transmission security mechanism between vehicle and ground,real-time processing of distributed big data,and hierarchical multi-dimensional monitoring to implement on-board data real-time transmission for EMUs,meet the requirements of safety and reliability;Based on the repair business scenarios of EMUs,the paper analyzed the application of on-board data in real-time monitoring and fault handling,parameter correlation and operation and maintenance decision-making,and improved the operational safety guarantee capability of the Jakarta-Bandung high speed-railway.
