针刺治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的机制研究进展

Advances in understanding acupuncture's mechanisms for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以持续性呼吸困难伴咳嗽及痰液生成为主要症状的进展性的气道反应疾病。针刺作为一种非药物疗法在COPD治疗中扮演越来越重要的角色。目前针刺治疗COPD的机制研究主要集中在炎症、免疫调节、氧化应激等方面,针刺通过以上调节机制作用于气道平滑肌,减轻其痉挛从而改善气流限制,改善肺部及全身炎症性反应而发挥治疗作用,但针刺的作用机制仍有待进一步深入研究。对针刺治疗COPD的相关机制研究进行梳理归纳,以期为揭示针刺治疗COPD的相关机制提供一定依据。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a progressive and reactive airway disease,characterized by ongoing respiratory difficulties,coughing,and sputum production.Acupuncture,as a non-pharmacological therapy,is becoming increasingly significant in treating COPD.Current studies on the mechanisms of acupuncture in treating COPD mainly focus on inflammation,immunoregulation,and oxidative stress.Acupuncture acts on airway smooth muscles,alleviates spasms,improves airflow restriction,and ameliorates pulmonary and systemic inflammatory responses by modulating these mechanisms.However,further in-depth research is still required to fully understand the mechanisms of acupuncture's effect.This paper reviews and summarizes relevant research on the mechanisms of acupuncture treatment for COPD,aiming to provide a basis for revealing the underlying mechanisms of acupuncture in COPD treatment.
