内窥镜辅助刮治颌骨囊性病变专家共识

Expert consensus on the treatment method of endoscopic assisted curettage for cystic lesions of the jaw bone

刮治术是颌骨囊性病变的主要治疗手段,但单纯的刮治术容易损伤周围结构如邻牙、神经等,且存在刮治不彻底、颌骨缺损较大等情况。而内窥镜(Endoscope)辅助下的刮治术,能够为术者提供良好的手术视野,在术中能更清晰的辨认出重要的解剖结构,尽可能去除囊壁组织,减小损伤,降低病变复发率。该文就结合颌面外科的特点及临床治疗经验,总结国内外相关文献,经相关专家经共同讨论,以期对内窥镜辅助下刮治颌骨囊性病变的临床治疗提供参考。

Curettage is the main treatment method for oral maxillofacial cystic lesions,but simple curettage may easily damage surrounding structures such as adjacent teeth and nerves,leading to incomplete removal of the cyst and large jaw defects.The curettage assisted by endoscopy can provide a good surgical field for the surgeons,can clearly identify the important anatomical structure during the operation and can remove the cyst wall tissue as much as possible,thereby reducing the damage and reducing the recurrence rate of the lesion.This article combines the characteristics of maxillofacial surgery with clinical treatment experience,summarizes relevant literature from both domestic and international sources,and engages in discussions with experts in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of jaw cystic lesions with endoscope assisted curettage.
