学科多元化班主任团队建设的困境及实践路径

摘要 班主任是班级工作的组织者和指导者,在学校教育和班级管理中占有举足轻重的地位。建设学科多元化班主任团队有利于提升班主任的综合育人能力,促进学生全面发展;发挥个人优势,促进特色班集体发展;帮助班主任自我反思,促进个体和群体的专业化发展。但现阶段,班主任团队存在目标不清晰、专业能力不足、合作不充分的困境。为解决这些困境,建设学科多元化班主任团队应明确班主任团队共同目标,规范团队的组织管理;健全班主任培养体系,促进班主任团队专业发展;营造多学科协作文化,加强班主任团队交流合作。 The head teacher is the organizer and guide of class work,plays a crucial role in school education and class management,and its development has been widely valued.Building the disciplinary diversified head teacher team is conducive to improving the comprehensive education ability of head teacher,promoting the all-round development of students and utilizing personal advantages to promote the collective development of characteristic classes,help head teachers to reflect on themselves and promote the professional development of individuals and groups.However,at present,the head teacher team has the dilemma of unclear goals,insufficient professional ability,and insufficient cooperation.In order to solve these dilemmas,the construction of the disciplinary diversified head teacher team should achieve the following goals:clarifying common goals and standardizing organizational management;improve the training system and promote the professional development of head teachers team;create a culture of multi-disciplinary collaboration and strengthen the communication and cooperation between head teachers.
