“绿水”红利推动“两山”转化的安吉模式

践行绿水青山就是金山银山理念,发挥水利在新时期经济社会高质量发展中的推动作用,是新时期水利高质量发展的内在要求。浙江省安吉县以水为媒,实现“两山”经济高效转化的新模式,为做好绿水青山就是金山银山这篇大文章提供了很好的借鉴。文章从理念战略、发展机制和管理手段三方面梳理安吉县“绿水”红利促进乡村振兴的实践经验,总结提炼了4条经验启示。

Practicing the Two Mountains Theory of lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets and giving play to the role of water conservancy in promoting high-quality economic and social development in the new era are the inherent requirements of high-quality water conservancy development in the new era.Using water as a medium,Anji county in Zhejiang province developed a new model of efficient commercial transformation of“Two Mountains Theory”,providing a useful reference for making progress in this regard.This paper summarized the county's practical experience of advancing rural revitalization by utilizing lucid waters from three aspects,namely,concepts and strategies,development mechanism and management approaches and put forward four points.
