摘要
本文以甘肃省陇南市为例,基于PSR模型构建了陇南市生态环境保护质量评价指标体系,采用熵值法对陇南市“十三五”时期生态环境保护质量进行综合评价。结果表明,(1)响应子系统权重值最高,压力子系统权重值最低。(2)从各子系统的评价结果来看,陇南市2016-2020年生态环境保护质量PSR系统中的压力指数、状态指数、响应指数和综合指数总体呈现上升趋势。(3)陇南市2017-2019年生态环境保护质量PSR系统协调度呈现轻微下降趋势,2019-2020年陇南市生态环境保护质量PSR系统协调度呈现上升趋势。基于评价结果,本文提出了优化废水处理机制、开展农业面源污染防治工作、增强生态环境保护意识和加强生态环境保护监督的思考建议,对提升陇南市生态环境保护质量具有一定的参考价值。
Taking Longnan City of Gansu Province as an example,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of ecological environment protection quality of Longnan City based on PSR model,and uses entropy method to evaluate the ecological environment protection quality of Longnan City during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.The results show that,(1)the response subsystem has the highest weight value,and the pressure subsystem has the lowest weight value.(2)From the evaluation results of each subsystem,the pressure index,state index,response index and comprehensive index in the PSR system of ecological environment protection quality in Longnan City from 2016 to 2020 showed an overall upward trend.(3)The coordination degree of PSR system of ecological environment protection quality in Longnan City showed a slight downward trend from 2017 to 2019,and the coordination degree of PSR system of ecological environment protection quality in Longnan City showed an upward trend from 2019 to 2020.Based on the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the wastewater treatment mechanism,carrying out the prevention and control of agriculturalnon-point source pollution,enhancing the awareness of ecological environment protection and strengthening the supervision of ecological environment protection,which has certain reference value for improving the quality of ecological environment protection in Longnan City.
