摘要
针对目前航空导管组件在随机振动下的耐久性寿命问题,选取TA18径向挤压式三通导管组件为试验对象,根据相关功率谱密度曲线计算出导管组件总均方根加速度,将激励条件输入试验系统,显示加速度有效值与计算结果一致,然后对导管组件展开随机振动试验。试验结果表明,导管组件经过功能试验和耐久试验后无任何渗漏或破坏,导管组件在随机振动条件下的耐久性寿命满足使用要求。
In view of the durability life of the current aviation conduit assembly under random vibration,TA18 radial extrusion three-way conduit assembly is selected as the test object,and the total root-mean square acceleration of the conduit assembly is calculated according to the relevant power spectrum density curve.The effective value of acceleration is shown to be consistent with the calculated results by the input of excitation conditions into the test system,and then random vibration test is conducted on the conduit assembly.The test results show that there is no leakage or damage after the functional test and durability test,and the durability life of the conduit assembly under the condition of random vibration meets the application requirements.
