基于有限元优化分析的L型件参数化选型

摘要 采用仿真软件二次开发与优化算法结合的方式,实现了对不同尺寸的同种结构件在不同冲击条件下的优化分析。在L型件承受不同加速度冲击条件下,通过在图上量取的方式,快速了解不同尺寸L型件的结构受力状态,以方便设计人员进行规格选择,在保证强度的同时减少了成本,实现轻量化的要求。 This paper adopts secondary development of simulation software and optimization algorithm to realize the optimization analysis of the same kind of structural parts of different sizes under different impact conditions.Under the impact conditions of different acceleration,the structural stress state of different sizes of L-pieces is quickly known by measuring on the diagram,so as to facilitate the designers to choose the specifications,which reduces the cost and realizes the requirement of lightweighting while guaranteeing the strength.
