安徽省2021级定向培养师范生入学动机与从教意愿调查分析

摘要 乡村教师定向培养是补充乡村教师、促进城乡教育均衡发展的有效方法。通过对安徽省2021级2032名定向师范生家庭背景、入学动机、履职意愿调查发现,定向师范生的入学动机以外部刺激性因素为主,普遍看重教师职业的稳定性。同时,他们也有成为优秀教师的内部动机,专业水平提升空间大。定向师范生履约意愿强烈,但是履约期满以后留职意愿不强烈,以观望为主。因此,在定向师范生培养过程需要落实“立德树人”根本任务,强化乡土文化教育和国情教育,培养师范生的历史责任感,实现个人理想与国家命运相融合。 The oriented training of rural teachers is an effective way to supplement rural teachers and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.Through the investigation of the family background,enrollment motivation and performance intention of 2032 oriented normal college students in Anhui Province in 2021,the paper concludes that the enrollment motivation of oriented normal college students is dominated by external incentive factors,and generally values the stability of teaching profession.At the same time,they also have the internal motivation to become excellent teachers,and there is a lot of room for professional improvement.Oriented normal university students have strong intention to perform the contract,but their intention to stay after the expiration of the contract is not strong,and they mainly wait and see.Therefore,it is necessary to insist on moral education,strengthen local culture education and national conditions education in the training process of oriented normal college students,cultivate the historical responsibility of normal college students,and realize the integration of personal ideals and national destiny.
