“1+X”证书制度试点下高职现代物流管理专业建设探析——以宣城职业技术学院为例

现代物流管理专业“1+X”证书制度试点,有利于提高人才培养质量,有利于推动专业发展,有利于推进高职教育“三教改革”。在现代物流管理专业“1+X”证书制度试点下,高职学校存在师生对其认知度不高、课程设置亟待改进、师资力量较为薄弱、教学资源不足等问题。为此,树立正确的专业建设理念、重构专业课程体系、加强“双师型”师资队伍建设以及强化实践教学改革,在推进现代物流管理专业“1+X”证书制度试点有效实施的同时,必将促进现代物流管理专业的建设和发展。

The pilot program of the"1+X"certificate system for modern logistics management majors is conducive to improving the quality of talent cultivation,promoting professional development,and promoting the"three education reforms"in higher vocational education.Under the pilot program of the"1+X"certificate system for modern logistics management majors,there are some problems in vocational schools,such as low awareness of the pilot program among teachers and students,urgent need for improvement in curriculum design,weak teaching staff,and insufficient teaching resources.To this end,establishing the correct concept of professional construction,restructuring the professional curriculum system,strengthening the construction of"dual teacher"teaching staff,and strengtheningpractical teaching reform will promote the effective implementation of the"1+X"certificate system pilot in modern logistics management,while also promoting the construction and development of modern logistics management profession.
