摘要
在对压力容器的失效和损伤模式进行分析识别的基础上开展定期检验,可以有效提高检验效率和质量,也使得压力容器使用安全可靠性得到明显改善。本文根据设备的基本数据,从腐蚀介质成分、材料、温度、载荷形式以及使用环境条件等方面分析了一台液化石油气球罐的主要失效和损伤模式,确定了检验项目及重点检验部位,为检验方案的编制提供依据,保证检验工作的有效性和完整性。
The pressure vessel periodical inspection activity can effectively improve the inspection efficiency and quality which inspection base on failure and damage modes identification of pressure vessel.Meanwhile,it can improve the safety and reliability of using pressure vessels.In this paper,according to the basic data of the device,the main failure and damage modes of one LPG spherical tank is identified and described from the composition of corrosive media,the material,the operation temperature,load forms and environmental conditions.Then its inspection items and key inspection parts is formulated,which can be profit to make the inspection plan and ensure the validity and completeness of the inspection.
