摘要
某钢结构厂一台10 t电动单梁起重机在使用中因无线遥控器被误操作从而导致吊钩触碰钢梁倾倒事故。本文对此进行了深层次原因分析,并提出了起重机电气控制回路以及无线遥控器的设计改进方案,对使用单位的相关预防措施给出了建议。
A 10 t electric single-beam crane in use in a steel structure factory was caused by the misoperation of its wireless remote control,which led to the hook touching the steel beam and toppling accident.This paper analyzes the deep-level causes,and puts forward the design improvement scheme of the crane electrical control circuit and the wireless remote control.In addition,some suggestions about relevant preventive measures for the using units are provided.
