全接液式铝制浮盘沉盘故障分析及防范建议

摘要 全接液内浮盘作为储运设施,近年来在储油罐VOCs(挥发性有机物)治理中具有较高应用价值,但该类型浮盘在我国的发展时间较短,相应的生产制造标准、质量技术论证尚不完善。为此,本文以某企业实际发生的一起典型全接液浮盘沉盘故障为例进行综合分析,对行业内目前使用较多的全接液蜂巢式框梁结构铝制浮盘特点进行剖析,并对相应故障提出了防范建议及措施。 As a storage and transportation facility,the fully liquid-connected inner floating roof has high application value in the treatment of VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds)in oil storage tanks in recent years,but the development time of this type of floating plate in China is relatively short,and the corresponding production and manufacturing standards,quality and technical demonstration are not perfect.For this reason,this paper takes a typical fully liquid-connected floating plate sinking fault actually occurred in an enterprise as an example to conduct comprehensive analysis,analyzes the characteristics of aluminum floating plate with fully liquid-connected honeycomb frame beam structure,which is widely used in the industry,and puts forward preventive suggestions and measures for the corresponding fault.
