摘要
某硫酸法烷基化装置开工后运行仅1年,烷基化反应器局部位置腐蚀严重,个别管线及部件发生腐蚀并导致壁厚减薄。对硫酸法烷基化反应器腐蚀的产生原因进行分析,并提出防护措施,对酸碱混流、管线出口等局部进行材质升级,对设计不合理造成稀硫酸腐蚀的部位进行改造。针对硫酸法烷基化工艺运行的压力容器,分析检验薄弱点,为同类工艺烷基化反应器检验提供参考。
A sulphuric acid alkylation plant has been in operation for only one year.The alkylation reactor has been corroded seriously in some places,and some pipelines and parts have been corroded and wall thickness has been reduced.The causes of corrosion of alkylation reactor in sulphuric acid process are analyzed,and the protective measures are put forward.Material upgrading is carried out for acid-base mixed flow,pipeline outlet,etc.,and the part of dilute sulphuric acid corrosion caused by unreasonable design is reformed.Aiming at the pressure vessel of sulphuric acid alkylation process,the weakness of inspection is analyzed,which provides reference for the inspection of alkylation reactor of the same process.
