服役超过20年造纸烘缸的安全评估

摘要 针对某服役超过20年存在腐蚀缺陷的造纸烘缸,本文在宏观检查、厚度测定、硬度检测、磁粉检测、声发射检测等常规检验的基础上,对其进行安全评估。首先基于损伤机理及失效模式对烘缸的剩余寿命进行分析研究,然后基于有限元数值仿真对烘缸在内压、自重、离心力组合载荷作用下的结构强度进行分析研究,结果表明其剩余寿命为16.5年,结构强度满足设计规范要求。最后给出烘缸的定期检验周期及安全使用建议。 Based on routine inspections such as macroscopic inspection,thickness measurement,hardness testing,magnetic particle testing,and acoustic emission testing,this article evaluates the safety of a paper drying cylinder that has been in service for more than 20 years and has corrosion defects.Firstly,based on the damage mechanism and failure mode,the remaining life of the drying cylinder is analyzed and studied.Then,based on finite element numerical simulation,the structural strength of the drying cylinder under the combined load of internal pressure,dead-weight,and centrifugal force is analyzed and studied.The results show that its remaining life is 16.5 years,and the structural strength meets the requirements of design specifications.Finally,it provides regular inspection cycles and safety recommendations for the drying cylinder.
