摘要
采用安森美/ON推出的集SenseFET和电流控制PWM为一体的控制芯片FSL106MR为智能穿梭车的CPU及控制电路提供DC5 V,电流为2 A的电源.根据反激式变换电路的工作原理,对EMI滤波电路、桥式整流电路,以FSL106MR为核心控制电路及高频高压器等设计实现在市电交流输入下直流5 V稳定输出.通过测试表明,在不同负载情况下,样机输出电压纹波小、工作稳定安全,符合设计指标要求.
The control chip FSL106MR,which integrates SenseFET and PWM,is used to provide DC5V and 2 A power supply for the CPU and control circuit of the intelligent shuttle vehicle.According to the working principle of flyback topology circuit,the paper designed EMI filter circuit,bridge rectifier circuit,FSL106MR as the core control circuit and high-frequency high-voltage circuit to achieve AC input and DC 5 V stable output.The experimental results show that the output voltage ripple of the power supply module is small,stable and safe,and meets the design requirements.
