环己酮制备实验的改进

摘要 “环己酮的制备”是化学、化工专业大学有机化学实验中的一个代表性实验。实验以环己醇为原料,经重铬酸或次氯酸钠氧化得到环己酮,这会造成重金属铬对环境的污染或次氯酸钠分解产生的氯气对实验者的刺激和毒害。以双氧水为氧化剂,对环境友好。通过催化剂、缓冲剂及温度等条件对环己酮合成影响的试验研究,发现以Fe^(3+)为催化剂,NaH_(2)PO_(4)为缓冲剂,在回流条件下H_(2)O_(2)氧化环己醇制备环己酮的产率约为60%。 “The preparation of cyclohexanone”has been listed as a typical experiment of Organic Chemistry Experiments in chemistry and chemical engineering majors.Cyclohexanone is prepared by oxidizing cyclohexanol with dichromic acid or sodium hypochlorite,which,however,will inevitably lead to environmental pollution caused by heavy metal chromium or exposure of students to irritant and toxic chlorine gas generate from sodium hypochlorite.In this study,environment friendly hydrogen peroxide is used as an oxidant.The effects of catalyst,buffer reagent,and temperature on this oxidation reaction were investigated.It was found that the yield of cyclohexanone was about 60%when Fe^(3+) was used as catalyst,NaH_(2)PO_(4) as buffer,H_(2)O_(2) as oxidant to oxidize cyclohexanol under reflux condition.
