摘要
采用硅烷化衍生化气相色谱(GC)法对烟草薄片用料液中的重要化学成分进行测定,建立了不同批次料液硅烷化指纹图谱以及稳定性评价方法(质控图),并对不同批次料液及其搀兑品和其他香精香料样品的质量稳定性进行了评价,并采用聚类分析法进行了验证。结果表明:(1)硅烷化GC法简单、快速,各主要色谱峰峰面积与内标的比值相对标准偏差均小于10%,适用于料液硅烷化指纹图谱的建立;(2)夹角余弦相似度法能在一定程度上反映不同样品硅烷化成分的总体差异,可作为料液质量稳定性考察的重要方法;(3)利用稳定性评价质控图可明显区分薄片料液及其搀兑品和其他香精料液样品;(4)相较于聚类分析法,硅烷化GC指纹图谱质控图法更能直观地反映料液的质量稳定性情况,可以作为料液批次间质量评判或入库质量检测的有效手段。
The important chemical components in Sauce which added in Reconstituted Tobacco were detected by silylation derivatization and gas chromatography(GC).The silylation fingerprints and stability evaluation methods(quality control charts)of different batches of sauce were established,and the quality stability of different batches of sauce samples,their blends and other essence samples were evaluated and verified by cluster analysis method.The results showed that:①The silylation GC method was simple and rapid,and the relative standard deviation of the ratio of the main chromatographic peak areas to the internal standard were less than 10%,which was suitable for the establishment of the silylation fingerprint of sauce.②The similarity method of angle cosine could characterize overall differences of silanized components in different samples to a certain extent,and could be used as an important indexes for investigating the quality stability of sauce.③The quality control charts could be used to clearly distinguish the sauces from their mixtures products and other sauces.④Compared with the cluster analysis,the silanized GC fingerprint quality control chart could reflect the quality stability of the material and liquid more directly and could be used as an effective means to evaluate the quality between batches of sauce or to test the quality of storage.
