基于参数化建模的螺旋桨直径削边振动分析

摘要 螺旋桨经历不同运行工况后,常出现负荷过重或断裂情况,使得船-机-桨不能处于最佳匹配状态。为解决这一问题,常使用直径削边技术改造螺旋桨几何,使船-机-桨重新正常匹配。现有研究未考虑直径削边对螺旋桨振动特性的影响。本文利用有限元法,融合Matlab编程技术、Ansys二次开发技术,开展直径削边对有/无侧斜螺旋桨振动特性影响的研究,揭示关键参数对切割前后螺旋桨振动规律的影响机理,为寻求船-机-桨匹配下振动特性最优的削边方案提供理论指导。 After different operating conditions,the propeller often has overload or fracture,which makes the ship engine propeller unable to be in the best matching state.In order to solve this problem,the diameter trimming technology is often used to transform the propeller geometry to make the ship engine propeller match normally again.The existing research does not consider the influence of diameter trimming on the vibration characteristics of propeller.Using the finite element method,integrating matlab programming technology and Ansys secondary development technology,this paper carries out the research on the influence of diameter trimming on the vibration characteristics of the propeller with or without side inclination,reveals the influence mechanism of key parameters on the vibration law of the propeller before and after cutting,and provides theoretical guidance for finding the optimal trimming scheme with vibration characteristics under ship machine propeller matching.
