Strategy of Streetscape Reconstruction in the Context of Park City:Taking Jiaozi Financial Avenue in Chengdu as an Example

在公园城市语境下,街道一体化设计与场景营造是推进城市高质量发展的关键举措,基于对公园城市理念与场景理论的解读,推导出街道一体化设计中场景营造的设计路径。以成都交子金融大街为例,剖析归纳其在场景营造核心理念指引下,重塑U形空间、构建活力容器、演绎文化内涵、建立情感共振、创造情景体验、培育内生动力等实践策略,探索可复制、可推广的新思路,为公园城市街景重构提供可借鉴的样本。

In the context of park city,integrated street design and scene construction are key measures to promote the high-quality development of city,based on the inter-pretation of the park city concept and scene theory,design techniques are derived for scene creation in the integrated street design.Taking Jiaozi Financial Avenue in Chengdu as an example,practical strategies are analyzed and summarized,such as reshaping U-shaped space,building vibrant container,interpreting cultural connotation,establishing emotional resonance,creating scenario experience and cultivating endogenous power under the guidance of the core concept of scene creation,meanwhile new ideas can be replicated and promoted are explored,to provide a referential sample for scene creation in the streetscape reconstruction in park cities.
