摘要
在存量提质的城市更新趋势下,老旧商业街区更新改造成为城市提升消费活力、促进经济繁荣、推进片区再发展的重要举措。以深圳人民南商圈为例,着眼于老旧商业街区空间更新与消费者需求再匹配,结合数字化商业时代消费趋势,围绕体验消费的5个关键问题与9个空间维度,深入探讨如何将空间设计与消费体验有机融合并以此激活和复兴老旧商业街区,探索适合人民南商圈的更新策略,为其他老旧商业街区空间更新提供参考。
Under the urban renewal trend of improving existing resources,the renovation of old commercial blocks has become an important measure for cities to enhance consumption vitality,promote economic prosperity and promote the redevelopment of the area.Taking Renmin South Business District in Shenzhen as an example,focusing on the spatial renewal of old commercial blocks and the re-matching of consumer demand,combined with the consumption trend in the digital commercial era,how to organically integrate spatial design and consumer ex-perience are deeply discussed around the five key issues and nine spatial dimensions of experiential consumption,in order to activate and revitalize old commercial blocks,and explore the renewal strategy suitable for Renmin South Business District,aiming to provide references for the spatial renewal of other old commercial blocks.
