摘要
文化在城市更新中的重要性日益增长,文化消费空间重构可产生明显的经济、文化、景观效应。以成都宽窄巷子为例,在其商业绅士化过程中,政府、资本、社会各方主动或被动地参与文化消费空间重构,探索其商业绅士化形成机制,为类似历史文化街区商业绅士化更新提供参考。
The importance of culture in urban renewal is increasing,and the reconstruction of cultural consumption space can produce obvious economic,cultural and landscape effects.Taking kuanzhai alley in Chengdu as an example,in the process of gentrification of business in kuanzhai alley,the government,capital,and social parties actively or passively participate in the reconstruction of cultural consumption space,and its formation mechanism of commercial gentrification is explored,so as to provide references for the commercial gentrification renewal in the similar historical and cultural block.
