响应面法优化千里光中绿原酸提取工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of extraction process of chlorogenic acid from Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.by response surface methodology

摘要 研究采用超声波辅助乙醇提取法从千里光中提取绿原酸,以绿原酸提取率为响应值,在单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间和液料比对千里光绿原酸提取率的影响基础上,借助响应面法优化千里光绿原酸提取的工艺参数。结果显示,超声波辅助乙醇提取千里光绿原酸的优化条件为乙醇浓度50%、提取温度47℃、提取时间50 min、液料比20 mL/g。在此条件下,千里光绿原酸提取率可达到1.01%。研究表明,试验确定的提取工艺简单高效,可为千里光绿原酸进一步纯化提取提供参考。 In order to study the extraction process by ethanol with the ultrasonic-assisted method of chlorogenic acid in Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.With the content of chlorogenic acid as the index,the effects of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic extraction temperature,extraction time,and material liquid ratio on the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid from SenecioscandensBuch-Ham.were investigated through a single factor experiment.On this basis,the process parameters of chlorogenic acid extraction were optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal process parameters were as follows:Ethanol concentration of 50%,ultrasonic temperature of 47℃,extraction time of 50 min,and liquid material ratio of 20 mL/g.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid could reach 1.01%.The study shows that the extraction process determined by the experiment is simple and efficient,which can provide a reference for further purification and extraction of chlorogenic acid in SenecioscandensBuch-Ham.
