This paper deeply discusses the use of plant patterns and colors in traditional Han clothing and its cultural connotation.Through the study of the evolution and color matching of plant pattern in Han clothing in different historical periods,the unique value and aesthetic significance of plant pattern and color in Han clothing design are revealed.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of traditional clothing of Han nationality,analyzes the expression form and symbolic meaning of plant pattern in clothing,and then probes into the application of color in plant pattern design and its influence on the overall style of clothing.It is found that the clever combination of plant patterns and colors not only enriches the artistic expression of Han clothing,but also reflects the Han people's yearning and pursuit of nature,ecology and a better life.The research results of this paper provide useful inspiration and reference for contemporary Han costume design,and help to promote the inheritance and innovation of Han traditional costume culture.
