摘要
截齿是掘进机的关键刀具,截齿的破岩性能影响掘进机的破岩效率。通过建立截齿旋转破碎板状岩体数值模型,研究截齿不同截割深度和旋转速度对板状岩体裂纹、截齿峰值截割力和截割比能耗的影响。结果表明:随着截割深度的增大,截齿峰值截割力和截割比能耗逐渐增大,当截割深度为18~28 mm时,板状岩体横向裂纹扩展范围不断增大,当截割深度为30 mm时,板状岩体横向裂纹扩展范围相对较小,碎裂效果较差;随着旋转速度的增大,板状岩体横向裂纹扩展范围不断增大,峰值截割力和截割比能耗逐渐增大但截割比能耗增长速度减慢。研究通过优化截割参数,提高截齿破岩性能,得到更好的岩板碎裂效果。
The pick is the key cutting tool of the roadheader.The rock-breaking performance of the pick affects the rock-breaking efficiency of the roadheader.By establishing a numerical model of the pick rotating to break the plate-shaped rock mass,the effects of different cutting depths and rotation speeds of the pick on the cracks of the plate-shaped rock mass,the peak cutting force of the pick and the cutting specific energy consumption were studied.The results show that as the cutting depth increases,the peak cutting force and cutting specific energy consumption of the pick gradually increase.When the cutting depth is 18 mm to 28 mm,the expansion range of transverse cracks in the plateshaped rock mass continues to increase,when the cutting depth is 30 mm,the expansion range of transverse cracks in the plate-shaped rock mass is relatively small,and the fragmentation effect is poor.With the increase of rotation speed,the expansion range of transverse cracks in plate-shaped rock mass continues to increase,the peak cutting force and cutting specific energy consumption gradually increase,but the growth rate of cutting specific energy consumption slows down.By optimizing the cutting parameters,the study improves the rock-breaking performance of the picks and obtains better rock plate fragmentation effects.
