摘要
针对煤矿井下隔爆型锂离子蓄电池电源多采用分布式供电,其储备能量和输出功率不能扩容,导致无法实现带载功率较大设备并提供较长时间电力供应的难题,采用“化零为整”策略,通过研究锂离子蓄电池电源并联控制技术,将多台锂离子蓄电池电源以并联方式组合起来构成一种微电网结构,实现储备能量和输出功率的扩容。对并联控制技术实现原理进行了详细的论述,对微电网架构和构成电网的单体电源设备进行了设计,最后将微电网系统在神东煤炭集团锦界煤矿进行了现场试验测试。通过试验得出微电网系统在续航能力、能源利用率、可靠性和稳定性等方面较原单体后备电源具有显著的提高。项目研究非常符合煤矿安全生产实际需要,对煤矿井下供电系统建设和安全高效生产具有十分重要的意义。
In response to the problem of using distributed power supply for explosion-proof lithium-ion battery power supply in coal mines,which cannot expand its reserve energy and output power,resulting in the inability to achieve equipment with high load power and provide long-term power supply,a"zero to whole"strategy is adopted.By studying the parallel control technology of lithium-ion battery power supply,multiple lithium-ion battery power supplies are combined in parallel to form a microgrid structure,realize expansion of reserve energy and output power.It provides a detailed discussion on the implementation principle of parallel control technology,designs the microgrid architecture and the individual power supply equipment that make up the power grid,and finally conducts on-site testing of the microgrid system in Jinjie coal mine of Shendong coal group.Through experiments,it was found that the microgrid system has significantly improved its endurance,energy utilization,reliability,and stability compared to the original single backup power supply.The project research is very in line with the actual needs of coal mine safety production,and is of great significance for the construction of underground power supply systems and safe and efficient production in coal mines.
