数字化赋能医学教育:应用、困境与路径

摘要 数字技术快速发展为数字化赋能医学教育提供了重要契机。数字化赋能在医学教育中的主要应用包括搭建虚拟教学课堂、开拓实践训练场域、创新教学互动方式以及优化教育资源共享。当前,数字化赋能医学教育存在缺乏赋能顶层设计、存在盲目建设误区,相对强调技术支撑、弱化医学教育特征以及教师数字素养不足、技术应用程度有限的现实困境。在结合医学教育实际情况的基础上,应当遵循完善赋能顶层设计、统筹数字化赋能医学教育布局,回归医学教育本位、构建线上线下协同教育体系以及做好师资队伍建设、提升数字技术驾驭能力的实践策略。 The rapid development of digital technology provides an important opportunity for digital empowerment of medical education.The main applications of digital empowerment in medical education include building virtual teaching classrooms,exploring training fields and innovating teaching interaction methods,and optimizing the sharing of educational resources.Currently,there are challenges in digitally empowering medical education,such as the lack of top-level design,blind construction tendencies,overemphasis on technological support,neglect of medical education characteristics,inadequate digital literacy among teachers,and limited application of technology.On the basis of combining the actual situation of medical education,it is necessary to follow practical strategies of improving the top-level design of empowerment,coordinating the layout of digital empowerment of medical education,returning to the essence of medical education,building an online and offline collaborative education system,and enhancing teacher training and digital technology proficiency.
