基于SolidWorks的装载机专用轮胎拆装机械手有限元分析及优化设计

摘要 以5 t装载机23.5-25规格轮胎为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立了轮胎拆装机械手初始三维模型,并通过SolidWorks Simulation对夹爪和悬臂部分进行负载模拟仿真与应力静态分析。依据有限元分析结果对机械手初始三维模型进行结构优化和可靠性验证,通过增加肋板和加强筋减小了悬臂端部的形变,避免了悬臂容易发生弯曲断裂的问题,同时兼顾了因机械手自重增加而导致的成本升高问题。经过优化的机械手三维模型具有经济性、安全性和可视性等优点,为有效预防机械手工作过程的失效及提高生产率提供了有益借鉴。 Taking the 23.5-25 size tires for 5-ton loaders as the research object,a 3D model of the tire dismantling machine was established with SolidWorks.The claw and cantilever parts were subjected to load simulation and static stress analysis using SolidWorks Simulation.Based on the finite element analysis results,the initial 3D model of the machine was structurally optimized and reliability verified.By adding ribs and strengthening ribs,the deformation at the end of the cantilever was reduced,so as to avoid the easy bending and fracture of the cantilever while also addressing the problem of cost increase due to the self-weight of the machine.The optimized 3D model has the advantages of economy,safety,and visibility,providing valuable reference for effectively preventing the failure in the working process of the machine and improving productivity.
