Analysis on Implementation Path of High Quality Safety Training for Oilfield Enterprises

梳理分析了油田企业安全培训现状,提出了理顺培训机制,压实培训责任;科学开展调研,把准培训需求;构建培训矩阵,精准培训内容;优化组织运行,确保效果质量;重视监督评估,促进持续优化等五大过程的管理措施,为提升企业安全管理水平和从业人员安全素质提供可借鉴的路径,促进企业安全培训主体责任落实。

The present situation of safety training of oilfield enterprises was analyzed.The management measures of five processes,including rationalizing training mechanism,compacting training responsibility,scientifically carrying out research,identifying training needs,constructing training matrix and precise training content,optimizing organization and operation,ensuring effect quality,emphasizing supervision and evaluation,and promoting continuous optimization were put forward.This provided a referential path for improving the level of enterprise safety management and the safety quality of employees,and promoted the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprise safety training.
