“苏区精神+”大学生党员实践教育的融合机制与策略

The Integration Mechanisms and Strategies of"Soviet Area Spirit+"Practical EducationoftheParty Members Among College Students

大学生党员长期性开展实践教育活动能服务社会和增进才干。以嘉应学院为例,充分利用梅州市红色革命教育资源,将苏区精神融入大学生党员实践教育,能更好地提高政治历史认同、弘扬地方文化。结合经验做法实证分析,创新提出“苏区精神+”大学生党员实践教育概念。从重构大学生党员教育实践主客体关系、整体把握融合过程的耦合原则、形成优良的工作作风和廉洁的政治纪律三个方面研究“苏区精神+”的融合机制,并得出挖掘红色二次资源、搭建教育意识桥梁、筑牢思想教育根基三点融合策略。

Party members among college students who engage in practical education permanently can serve society and enhancetheir abilities.Taking Jiaying University as an example,fully utilizing the red revolution education resources in Meizhouandintegrating the Soviet Area spirit into the practical education of party members among college students can better enhance political and historical identity and promote local culture.Based on empirical analysis,the concept of"Soviet Area Spirit+"practical education of the party members among college students is innovatively proposed.Research on the integration mechanismof"Soviet Area Spirit+"is conducred from three aspects:reconstructing the relationship between subject and object of the practical education,grasping the coupling principle of the merging process as a whole,forming a good work style and clean political discipline.As a resul,three strategies have been drawn:excavating red derived resources,building a bridge of educational awareness,and strengthening the foundation of ideological education.
