摘要
本研究旨在探究广东地方高校国际化评价体系的构成要素与构建策略。通过对高校国际化评价体系的构成与特点进行分析,并结合国内外国际化评价指标体系,得出一些主要的指标,进而明确了评价体系的基本框架。通过文献综述和调查,并运用SPSS对收集的数据进行分析,确定了评价广东地方高校国际化水平的重要指标。在构建策略方面,本研究提出了明确评估目标、制定评估重要指标、修改或扩展现有的评估标准、建立评估数据库、运用评价结果等建议。此外,本研究认为地方高校国际化评价体系应涵盖国际化战略与政策、基本条件、人员国际流动、资金与投入来源、科研与学术的国际化、港澳台合作项目以及地方特色项目等多个方面。因此,构建一套科学、合理的国际化评价体系,对于提升广东地方高校国际化水平具有重要的意义。
This study aims to explore the constituent elements and construction strategies of the internationalization evaluation systemfor local universities in Guangdong.Through analyzing the composition and characteristics of the internationalization evaluation systemof universities and combining domestic and foreign internationalization evaluation index systems,some main indicators are identifiedtoclarify the basic framework of the evaluation system.Through literature review and surveys,and using SPSS to analyze the collecteddata,important indicators for evaluating the internationalization level of local universities in Guangdong are determined.In terms of construction strategies,this study proposes suggestions such as specifying evaluation goals,formulating important evaluation indicators,modifying or expanding existing evaluation criteria,establishing evaluation databases,and utilizing evaluation results.In addition,thisstudy believes that the internationalization evaluation system for local universities should cover various aspects includinginternationalization strategies and policies,basic conditions,international personnel mobility,sources of funding and investment,internationalization of research and academia,cooperation projects with Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan,as well as local characteristicprojects.Therefore,constructing a scientific and reasonable internationalization evaluation system is of great significance for enhancingthe internationalization level of local universities in Guangdong.
