摘要
随着钢铁行业“绿色低碳、高质量发展”政策的落地实施,高炉不仅要求烧结矿具有良好的物化性能,还要求具有良好的热态冶金性能。针对目前高炉过于强调烧结矿转鼓强度和低温还原粉化指标RDI+3.15,而忽视了还原度RI的片面要求,通过研究烧结成矿机理、矿物组成特性、黏结相系特征和形成条件,分析了FeO、碱度R、脉石成分等关键化学成分和不同铁矿粉烧结对转鼓强度及冶金性能的影响,得出了适宜的FeO含量、碱度R、MgO含量、Al 2O_(3)含量、铝硅比。同时兼顾转鼓强度、还原度RI、低温还原粉化指标RDI+3.15和软熔性能,提出了改善烧结矿转鼓强度和冶金性能的技术措施,为高炉冶炼提供综合指标优良的烧结矿。
With the implementation of the"green,low-carbon,high-quality development"policy in the iron and steel industry,the blast furnace not only requires the sinter to have good physical and chemical properties,but also requires good thermal metallurgical properties.In view of the current emphasis on sinter drum strength and low temperature reduction pulverization index RDI+3.15 in blast furnace,while ignoring the one-sided requirement of reduction degree RI,through studying sintering mineralization mechanism,mineral composition characteristics,bonding phase characteristics and formation conditions,The influence of FeO,alkalinity R,gangue composition and different iron powder sintering on the strength and metallurgical properties of the drum was analyzed,and the appropriate FeO content,alkalinity R,MgO content,Al 2O_(3) content and Al-Si ratio were obtained.At the same time,taking into account the drum strength,reduction degree RI,low temperature reduction pulverization index RDI+3.15 mm and soft melting properties,the technical measures to improve the drum strength and metallurgical properties of sinter are put forward to provide sinter with excellent comprehensive indexes for blast furnace smelting.
