基于动态感知技术的故障估计器设计

摘要 为提升电网系统的安全性并确保其运行的稳定性,文中对相关故障事故与安全作业进行了分析和研究,并提出了一种基于动态感知技术的电网线路故障事故分析及安全作业操控方法。针对电网线路可能出现的偏移故障,在动态感知技术的基础上设计了一种故障估计器,以实现对母线偏移故障信号的实时观测。同时,基于故障观测信号和电网系统的实时状态,研究了具有故障补偿功能的负反馈形式容错控制器,从而消除线路故障对母线电压恢复的影响。利用Matlab软件中Simulink模块进行的仿真实验验证了在故障的影响下,所提方法可确保母线电压精准地恢复到48 V的参考电压,而无故障补偿功能的方法则难以保证母线电压维持在48 V。 In this paper,accident analysis and safe operation research are carried out for power grid line faults to improve the security of the power grid system and ensure the stability of the power grid system.Based on dynamic sensing technology,this paper proposes a method for power line fault accident analysis and safe operation control.A fault estimator is designed to observe the bus bias fault signal in real time by using the dynamic sensing technology.Based on the fault observation signal and the real-time state of the power grid,a fault-tolerant controller with negative feedback form is designed to eliminate the influence of bus fault and then to achieve bus voltage recovery.Using the Simulink module in Matlab software,it can be verified that the bus voltage can accurately recover to the reference voltage of 48 V under the influence of faults with our developed method,while the bus voltage cannot be restored to 48 V under the method without fault compensation mechanism.
