摘要
针对“智慧农业、智能仓储、智能电子”等特殊环境的电源适配性问题,设计了一款基于ESP32的智能物联电源。电源使用PD诱骗芯片、支持PD/QC等快充协议,采用Buck型DC-DC转换结构通过高频PWM波的开关动作搭配外围电感、电容实现能量高效率转化,大电流输出下热稳定性优于LDO电路。电源内部集成ESP32物联模组,具备电源输出控制、定时计划设置、场景化功能设计、OTA升级等功能,并且尺寸袖珍,携带便利,成本低廉。
Aiming at the power supply adaptability of“Smart Agriculture,Smart Storage,Smart Electronics”as well as other special environments,an intelligent IoT power supply based on ESP32 is designed.This power supply uses PD deception chip,which supports PD/QC charging protocols,uses Buck type DC-DC structure to achieve high efficient conversion through high⁃frequency PWM wave switching action with peripheral inductors and capacitors.The thermal stability is better than LDO circuit under large current output.The internal integrated ESP32 IoT module enables the functions of power output control,scheduled tasks,scene based function design,OTA upgrade,etc.It is compact in size,convenient to carry,and low in cost.
