河南省猪血凝性脑脊髓炎的流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of hemagglutinative encephalomyelitis in pigs in Henan Province

为了解河南省猪血凝性脑脊髓炎(PHE)的流行病学情况,从河南省各地区采集850份猪血清样本和29份PHE疑似病例的脑组织样品,进行猪血凝性脑脊髓炎病毒(HEV)抗体检测和病原学检测。结果显示,阳性血清样本470份,阳性率为55.29%;不同地区猪血清样本HEV抗体检测结果差异较大,其中安阳市样本的HEV阳性率最高,为82.00%,洛阳市样本HEV阳性率最低,为28.00%。仔猪血清样本的HEV阳性率高达73.88%,种母猪血清样本HEV阳性率次之,为60.89%。29份PHE疑似病例的RT-PCR结果显示,HEV阳性率为79.31%,其中HEV与PRRSV的混合阳性率最高,为62.07%。综上所述,河南省各地区普遍存在HEV感染情况,45日龄以下的仔猪发病率最高,呈隐性感染,且多与PRRSV等病原混合感染。

In order to understand the epidemiological situation of porcine haemagglutinating encephalomyelitis(PHE)in Henan Province,850 porcine serum samples and 29 porcine brain tissue samples from suspected cases of PHE were collected from various regions of Henan Province,and antibodies and etiology of HEV were detected.The results showed that 470 serum samples were positive,the positive rate was 55.29%.The positive rate of HEV in serum samples from different regions varied greatly,among which Anyang City had the highest positive rate(82.00%)and Luoyang City had the lowest positive rate(28.00%).The positive rate of HEV in serum samples of piglets was 73.88%,followed by 60.89%in breeding sows.RT-PCR results from 29 suspected cases of PHE showed that the positive rate of HEV was 79.31%,and the positive rate of HEV mixed with PRRSV was the highest(62.07%).In summary,HEV infection is common in all regions of Henan Province,and piglets under 45 days of age have the highest incidence,showing a recessive infection,and are mostly mixed with PRRSV and other pathogens.
