光伏电站组件支架基础灌注桩施工技术与质量控制研究

摘要 旨在找出光伏电站组件支架基础灌注桩施工技术的科学应用方法及有效的质量控制措施,提高灌注桩施工质量及效率,解决荒漠沙地光伏电站组件支架基础灌注桩施工难题。结合光伏电站建设工程实例,阐述支架基础施工主要流程,从测量放样、钻孔、钢筋加工、混凝土浇筑、螺栓件预埋5个方面探讨支架基础灌注桩施工的关键技术及质量控制措施。采用网格法控制测量过程可确保测量放线作业高质高效完成,减少了测放环节所用时间;汽油螺旋机器造孔降低了造孔难度,保证了造孔质量;选用综合钢筋厂作为加工单位,严格控制钢筋笼加工安装过程,有利于保障钢筋笼加工质量;提升套管法可高质量完成混凝土浇筑作业;加强埋设螺栓高程及轴线控制能保证螺栓预埋质量。该研究采取的灌注桩施工技术及质量控制措施适用于荒漠沙地光伏电站组件支架基础施工工程。 The aim is to identify scientific application methods and effective quality control measures for the construction technology of photovoltaic power station component support foundation grouting piles,improve the quality and efficiency of grouting pile construction,and solve the construction problems of photovoltaic power station component support foundation grouting piles in desert and sandy areas.Taking the construction of photovoltaic power stations as an example,this paper elaborates on the main process of bracket foundation construction,and explores the key technologies and quality control measures of bracket foundation grouting pile construction fromfive aspects:measurement and layout,drilling,steel reinforcement processing,concrete pouring,and bolt pre embedding.The use of grid method to control the measurement process can ensure high-quality and efficient completion of measurement and laying out operations,reducing the time required for the measurement and laying out process;The gasoline screw machine reduces the difficulty of drilling and ensures the quality of drilling;Selecting a comprehensive steel bar factory as the processing unit,strictly controlling the process of steel bar cage processing and installation,is conducive to ensuring the quality of steel bar cage processing;Improving the casing method can achieve high-quality completion of concrete pouring operations;Strengthening the control of the elevation and axis of buried bolts can ensure the quality of bolt embedding.The grouting pile construction technology and quality control measures adopted in this study are applicable to the construction of component support foundations for photovoltaic power stations in desert sandy areas.
