建筑地基废弃竖矿井处理方法研究

摘要 地基是支撑建筑物基础的土体或岩体,一般建筑工程在设计和施工前都要求对建筑地基进行岩土工程勘察,通过岩土工程勘察可以查明建筑地基中埋藏的河道、沟浜、地下洞室,以及孤石、废弃矿井等对建筑物不利的埋藏物。因拟建建筑物岩土工程勘察的勘察孔有间距要求,并非连续的,岩土工程勘察报告也就不一定能真实反映建筑场地的实际情况。在建筑物基础开槽过程中可能出现地质勘察报告中未发现的对建筑物不利的埋藏物,尤其是在矿区,这种现象更为普遍。为保证建筑物的安全,就必须将这些埋藏物进行妥善处理。依托工程实例,探讨对在建筑地基验槽时发现的废弃竖矿井的处理方法,以有效解决建筑物的安全问题。 The foundation is the soil or rock mass that supports the foundation of a building.General construction projects require a geotechnical investigation of the building foundation before design and construction.Through geotechnical investigation,it is possible to identify buried objects such as rivers,ditches,underground chambers,isolated rocks,and abandoned mines that are unfavorable to the building.Due to the spacing requirements of the geotechnical investigation holes for the proposed building,which are not continuous,the geotechnical investigation report may not necessarily accurately reflect the actual situation of the construction site.During the excavation process of building foundations,it is possible to discover buried objects that are not found in geological survey reports and are detrimental to the building,especially in mining areas,where this phenomenon is more common.To ensure the safety of buildings,it is necessary to properly dispose of these buried objects that are detrimental to the building.Based on engineering examples,this paper explores the treatment methods for abandoned vertical mines discovered during the inspection of building foundations,in order to effectively solve the safety issues of buildings.
