黄酮类化合物在奶牛上的作用机理及使用效果

摘要 黄酮类化合物广泛存在于植物性原料中,是植物提取物中最具有生物活性的化合物之一。本文综述了黄酮类化合物的结构、种类、消化代谢途径,及其作用机理和使用效果,发现黄酮类化合物能够通过其雌激素样作用,调节内源性激素水平,提高奶牛乳腺组织细胞增殖,进而提高奶牛产奶量和乳品质。本文目的在于为筛选活性更强的黄酮类化合物提供基础信息,以促使其能够更好地应用于奶牛生产。 Flavonoids are widely found in plant-based raw ingredients and are one of the most biologically active compounds in plant extracts.In this paper,the structure,types,digestive and metabolic pathways,action mechanisms and applicational effects of flavonoids are reviewed.It is found that flavonoids can regulate endogenous hormone levels and improve the proliferation of mammary tissue cells in dairy cows through their estrogen-like effects,thereby improve milk production and quality in dairy cows.The purpose of this paper is to provide basic information for the screening of more active flavonoids,which can be better applied to the practical production of dairy cows.
