菱镁矿尾矿在加气混凝土中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于常用B06加气混凝土配比,用占砂质量10%~60%的菱镁矿尾矿替代河砂,主要研究菱镁矿尾矿制备加气混凝土的可行性以及测试所制备的加气混凝土的体积稳定性、耐久性和抗压强度,探究菱镁矿尾矿对加气混凝土的影响。结果表明,掺入菱镁矿尾矿后加气混凝土的耐久性能及发气性能均有一定程度的提高,但是强度有轻微衰减,综合考虑最佳掺量为占河砂质量的40%,试验为菱镁矿尾矿的综合利用及加气混凝土综合性能的提升提供了一种新的技术路线。 Based on the commonly used B06 ratio of aerated concrete,replace river sand with magnesite tailings accounting for 10%~60%of the sand mass,mainly study the feasibility of preparing aerated concrete with magnesite tailings,test the volume stability,durability and compressive strength of the prepared aerated concrete,and explore the impact of magnesite tailings on aerated concrete.The results show that the durability and air generation performance of aerated concrete have been improved to a certain extent after adding magnesite tailings,but the strength has slightly declined.Considering that the optimal content is 40%of the river sand,the test provides a new technical route for the comprehensive utilization of magnesite tailings and the improvement of the comprehensive performance of aerated concrete.
