基于Multicool软件对超薄铺装压实时间关键影响因素研究

摘要 为了更合理地把控超薄铺装沥青路面的压实时间,防止因为温度降低速率过快导致沥青路面压实不充分的问题,研究通过理论模拟的方式明确了超薄铺装压实时间的影响因素,并通过试验段埋设传感器监测温度变化情况,验证了理论模拟的有效性。结果表明:环境温度由15℃增加至40℃时,有效压实时间增长幅度为40.7%;罩面层厚度由15 mm增加至40 mm时,有效压实时间增长幅度为292%;风速由0.5 km/h增加至55 km/h时,有效压实时间降低幅度为40.2%。超薄罩面层有效压实时间影响排序为厚度>气温>风速,通过埋设传感器对施工现场温度进行检测,发现理论模拟分析与现场实测结果保持一致。 In order to more reasonably control the compaction time of ultra-thin pavement asphalt pavement and prevent the problem of insufficient compaction of asphalt pavement due to the excessively fast temperature reduction rate,the study clarified the compaction time of ultra-thin pavement through theoretical simulation.Influencing factors,and monitoring the temperature changes through the embedded sensors in the test section,the validity of the theoretical simulation is verified.The results show that when the ambient temperature increases from 15℃to40℃,the effective compaction time increases by 40.7%;when the thick-ness of the cover layer increases from 15 mm to 40 mm,the effective compaction time increases by 292%;the wind speed increases from 0.5 km/h.When the increased to 55 km/h,the effective compaction time decreased by 40.2%.The effect of the effective compaction time of the ultrathin cover layer is in the order of thickness>air temperature>wind speed.The temperature of the construction site is detected by the embedded sensor,and it is found that the theoretical simulation analysis is consistent with the field measurement results.
