本文分析了FPSO整个电力系统的总体架构,清晰的划分并阐述了FPSO电力系统的主要组成设备、各部分系统的相应的服务负载以及电力系统设备的运行工况。逐一分析整个FPSO中使用的配电板的种类和功能。对于配电板和发电机的控制和监控,即FPSO电站管理系统PMS,从PMS系统的组成,各设备的布置以及需要执行的任务,并分析如何实现对所有配电板断路器的远程控制和监测。如何实现电站的负荷减载系统,ESD各等级的切断设置,以及所有与PMS的接口,包括与PMS的接口形式和功能。基于MODU和船级社规范,结合实际工程项目的应用方案,整理出了一套FPSO电力系统配置方案。它在FPSO的设计、建造和自主研发中发挥着重要作用。

This paper analyzsis the overall architecture of whole FPSO whole power system,and clearly divides and states the main electrical equipments of the FPSO power system,the corresponding service load of each part of the system and the operating conditions of the power system equipments.Analysis This paper analyzes the categories and functions of the power distribution boards used in throughout the entire FPSO on a case-by-case basis one by one.For the control and monitoring of power distribution boards and generators,that is,the FPSO power station management system(PMS),it introduces the composition of the PMS system,the arrangement and performed tasks of each equipment,and analysis analyzes how to achieve realize remote control and detection of all switchboard circuit breakers.It also explains how to realize the load reduction of the power station,the cut off setting of various levels of ESD,.all the interfaces with PMS,including interface forms types and functions with PMS.Based on MODU and the specifications of classification societies,and combined with the application scheme of practical engineering projects,it sorts out one set of power system configuration solution of FPSO.It plays an important role in the design,construction and independent research and development in FPSO.
