基于构形定理的流道设计对PEMFC的性能影响的数值仿真分析

摘要 PEMFC的性能与其流场的设计息息相关,流场的设计改变了扩散通量,即改变了通道内反应气体扩散到气体扩散层以及催化剂层的过程。本文基于构形理论以及Murray's Law等相关文献的设计思路提出一种新的流道形式,并且将新的流道与传统流道在保持其他条件一致的情况下进行比较,证明其具有更好的电流密度分布和更加适合排水的全局流速。此外本文还通过建立不同的模型分析了不同因素对流道性能的影响。 The performance of PEMFC is closely related to the design of its flow field,which changes the diffusion flux,that is,the process of reaction gas diffusion into the gas diffusion layer and catalyst layer in the channel.This article proposes a new channel form based on configuration theory and the design ideas of Murray's Law and other related literature,and compares the new channel with the traditional channel while maintaining other conditions,proving that it has a better current density distribution and a more suitable global flow rate for drainage.In addition,this article also analyzed the impact of different factors on the performance of the flow channel by establishing different models.
