摘要
本文以三相T型三电平逆变器为研究载体,以开关器件开路故障作为研究对象,采用“数据采集-特征提取-特征识别-软硬件部署”的工作范式,提出基于数据驱动的开关器件故障诊断方法。通过搭建完整诊断仿真平台,在基波周期时间尺度给出诊断结果,取得了95%以上的故障诊断准确率。
Based on the working paradigm of"data acquisition-feature extraction-feature recognition-software and hardware deployment",this paper proposes data-driven fault diagnosis methods for switching devices,taking three-phase T-type three-level inverter as research carrier and the open circuit fault of switching devices as research objective.Through building a complete diagnostic simulation platform,we can obtain results by the fault diagnosis methods in the fundamental wave period,and these methods achieve 95%accuracy in the test.
