燃料电池催化剂碳载体预处理的研究进展

摘要 碳载体的预处理对质子交换膜燃料电池催化剂的活性及耐久性有着至关重要的作用,本文介绍了燃料电池工作过程中碳载体的腐蚀机制,以及碳载体石墨化处理、酸处理、过氧化氢氧化、多元醇氧化等几种常见的预处理方式,指出了不同的预处理方式对碳载体抗的腐蚀能力、表面官能团性质、比表面积、催化剂活性及负载能力等物理化学性质的影响机制。结果表明,石墨化处理使得碳载体的有序结构增加,能够大大提高其在高电位下的抗腐蚀能力,但同时导致碳载体对催化剂的负载能力有所下降;而酸处理、氧化处理等方式可以有效提高碳载体对催化剂的负载能力,并通过协同效应提高催化剂的活性,缺点是碳载体的抗腐蚀能力稍弱。 The pretreatment of carbon support plays an important role in the activity and durability of PEMFC catalysts.In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of carbon support,graphitization treatment of carbon support,acid treatment,hydrogen peroxide oxidation and polyol oxidation are introduced.The influence mechanism of different pretreatment on the physical and chemical properties of carbon support,such as corrosion resistance,surface functional group properties,specific surface area,catalyst activity and loading capacity is pointed out.The results show that the ordered structure of carbon support can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of carbon support at high potential,but at the same time,the loading capacity of carbon support to catalyst decreases;However,acid treatment and oxidation treatment can effectively improve the loading capacity of carbon support and improve the activity of catalyst through synergistic effect.The disadvantage is that the corrosion resistance of carbon support is slightly weak.
