摘要
针对区间Pythagorean模糊的混合型多属性群决策问题,构建基于区间Pythagorean模糊集的WA算子模型,并提出了一种基于区间Pythagorean模糊TOPSIS决策方法。首先,基于决策者权重与属性权重完全未知的基础下,将区间Pythagore-an模糊应用到TOPSIS群决策中;其次,利用区间Pythagorean模糊数WA算子将多个决策者评价矩阵集合成综合评价矩阵,并基于TOPSIS决策方法计算各个方案的相对贴近度;最后,通过产业与高校耦合创新算例分析解释验证了本文方法的合理性与有效性。
Aiming at the mixed multi-attribute group decision-making problem of interval Pythagorean fuzzy,a WA operator model based on interval Pythagorean fuzzy set is constructed,and a decision-making method based on interval Pythagorean fuzzy TOPSIS is proposed.Firstly,based on the complete un-known weights of decision makers and attributes,interval Pythagorean fuzzy is applied to TOPSIS group decision-making;Secondly,the interval Pythagorean fuzzy number WA operator is used to synthesize the evaluation matrices of multiple decision makers into a comprehensive evaluation matrix,and the relative closeness of each scheme is calculated based on TOPSIS decision-making method;Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper were verified through the analysis of coupled innovation examples between industry and universities.
