突发公共卫生事件网络舆情的演化规律及对高等院校大学生的引导策略研究

The Evolution Laws of Online Public Opinion in Public Health Emergencies and the Guidance Strategies for College Students

研究突发公共卫生事件网络舆情的生成逻辑与在“酝酿期”“爆发期”与“衰退期”的演化规律,更好地把握高等院校大学生在应对突发公共卫生事件网络舆情时存在的“心智尚未成熟,情绪感性极端”“栖居网络圈群,封闭排他明显”“意见领袖活跃,观点容易偏移”等突出特点,从而分阶段、抓重点、深层次进行教育引导,使大学生在面对突发公共事件的网络舆论时,更加正确、理性地认知和行为。

By studying the generation logic of online public opinion in public health emergencies and the evolution laws in the“gestation period”“outbreak period”and“recession period”,we can better understand the salient characteristics of college students in responding to online public opinion in public health emergencies,i.e.“immature mind and extreme emotional sensibility”“living in the network circle and being obviously closed and exclusive”“opinion leaders are active and the opinions are easy to deviate”.In this way,our education and guidance can be carried out in stages,and focusing on key points and at a deeper level,so that college students can more correctly and rationally understand and behave in the face of the online public opinion in public health emergencies.
